GATEWAY GALLERY

Gateway Gallery is part of The Gateway Education and Arts Centre, a space built around learning, creativity and community in the heart of Shrewsbury.

Volunteer run and supported by SADAA, Shrewsbury and District Arts Association, the gallery presents a year-round programme of free exhibitions, events and workshops. We believe art should feel open, welcoming and accessible, whether you have been collecting for years or are just beginning to explore what you like.

At the heart of Gateway Gallery is connection. The gallery supports both emerging and established artists, giving them a platform to share meaningful work with the people of Shrewsbury and beyond. As part of the Shrewsbury Arts Trail, visitors can discover original contemporary art, meet new perspectives and experience a gallery shaped by local people and creative community.
